7 Dallas companies clock in among America’s best employers, says Inc.

Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, and AT&T are at the forefront when it comes to the big brands hiring the most people in Dallas-Fort Worth. But seven DFW companies, which may not be well-known names, are also recognized as top employers.

These seven companies are among 429 companies that were named to the country’s list of the best places to work in the country by May 12, 2021.

Dallas Area Companies That Receive High Praise Are:

  • Personnel and recruitment company BridgeWork partner, Dallas.

  • Commercial real estate service company esrp, Frisco.

  • Recruitment Frontline source group, Dallas.

  • PR and marketing company Idea Grove, Dallas.

  • HVAC and plumbing warranty company JB guarantees, Argyle.

  • Technical consultancy Stratospheric advice, Dallas.

  • NetSuite consulting company The vested benefits group, Plano.

Each nominated company participated in an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace on topics such as management effectiveness, perks and employee growth. In addition, the performance of an organization was examined to determine the position of the employer.

“Fortunately, one of the lessons from the Covid-19 crisis is that you don’t need a physical office to make your company a great place to work,” the report said. “What you need are guidelines that support and keep your people busy. Inc.’s Best Workplace 2021 list recognizes companies that keep that promise – all 429 of them.”

Inc. highlights esrp’s Employee Emergency Fund, which “provides a financial lifeline for a range of life events, including funerals, medical emergencies and the admission of new grandchildren. The ubiquitous resource is funded through anonymous employee donations. “
