Cadence McShane Construction Completes New Carter Park Warehouse Distribution Center in Fort Worth

Cadence McShane Construction recently completed construction of Carter Park on behalf of customer Black Creek Group. Speculative industrial development includes three distribution / warehouse buildings of 250,000 square feet, 231,000 square feet, and 88,000 square feet.

The three tilt wall structures designed by Callaway Architecture offer 32-foot ceilings, efficient loading dimensions, ample power, ESFR sprinklers and a total of 100 dock doors. There are also service courts, parking spaces, driveways and landscaping on the premises.

Carter Park is strategically located on 29 acres at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Interstate 20 and is perfect for DFW sales channels.

Carter Park is ready to serve tenants in a variety of industries including food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical research and development, manufacturing and distribution.
