Catherine Zeta-Jones Is Coming Out With Her Own Goop-Inspired Lifestyle Brand – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth
There’s a new celebrity lifestyle brand out there that can be passed out.
Catherine Zeta-Jones delves deeper into the world of homeware, fashion, beauty and wellness. That’s right, fans of the 50-year-old star will soon be able to shop for her wide variety of products.
According to the Daily Mail, the Welsh actress is expanding her Casa Zeta-Jones brand into something bigger and will be unveiling her new goodies sometime this week. Like Gwyneth Paltrow’s hugely successful goop empire, the publication reports that Zeta-Jones plans to sell makeup, kitchenware, coffee, vegan shoes, and more under her lifestyle company.
The publication also indicated that their line of vegan shoes has been described as “made from the finest vegan leather” and will be priced in the $ 60 range. Additionally, her homeware collection will feature traditional Welsh love spoons – something the actress is reportedly happy to give away.
Friends of the actress say she hopes the project will “improve her profile and give her something to focus on as her kids get older,” the outlet reported.
Kirk Douglas’ Sweetest Moments With Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones
“Everything I designed was really a passion project,” said Zeta-Jones of her new collection, according to the Daily Mail. “I wanted to take this passion one step further and create a brand that is beautiful and luxurious and yet achievable.”
At this point in time, the actress hasn’t revealed any details about her lifestyle brand.
This isn’t the star’s first foray into home decor, fashion, and more. Zeta-Jones has released pajama sets, towels, blankets, candles and so many other items under the name Casa Zeta-Jones.
Her line was sold at QVC, and it is unclear whether her new collection will also be sold on the purchasing network.
Michael Douglas praised his wife for her career as an actress and lifestyle company back in 2018.
“She has settled in a couple of other areas. She has a whole line of Casa Zeta-Jones brands and she is with QVC and she is an entrepreneur and I fully support her,” the actor told E! News’ Will Marfuggi at the time. “Acting roles, especially for women of a certain age, get a lot harder. This is where you can actually control your life so she can really enjoy it.”
