The Northeast Fort Worth and Roanoke locations are two of 33 Christian Brothers Automotive stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area offering a new priority first aid service.
The VIP-style priority program includes an “instant service” for first responders using high-speed services such as oil changes and government inspections, according to a company press release.
“We want to make sure that all first responders have less worries on their plate,” said Christian Brothers Automotive President Said Donnie Carr in the press release. “First responders are putting themselves at risk to community safety, so prioritizing their vehicles is the least we can do to show our sincere thanks for their dedication.”
As auto repair shops are classified as essential businesses, some of them stayed open during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Many companies have stepped up disinfection efforts due to the virus.
Christian Brothers Automotive’s stores have switched to digital communication and payment options, and all cars will be sanitized before and after each service, the press release said.
“Prioritizing the health and safety of the guests, the first aiders The program was specially developed for convenient, contact-free service, ”says the press release.
