Dallas developer plans Euless business park

A Dallas investor and developer has bought land in Euless for a new business park.

Urban Logistics Realty acquired 22 acres on the northwest corner of Pipeline Road and Industrial Boulevard near US Highway 183.

The real estate company is planning an industrial park called Urban District 183 with three buildings. Accommodation is the former Cooper’s Driving Range golf center.

Construction on Urban Logistics Realty’s 367,000 square foot warehouse and distribution project will begin next month. GSR Andrade Architects designed the development.

“With this website we found a unique opportunity to convert a golf course into a state-of-the-art corporate campus,” said Jason Nunley of Urban Logistics in a statement. “It is becoming more and more difficult to find vacant lots in D-FW, so we have to get creative.

“UD183 will be a much-needed option as infill locations in the Dallas area see unprecedented demand,” said Nunley. “Due to its location in the middle of the metroplex in the mid-cities, the development between the submarkets DFW Airport, Great Southwest and Fort Worth is strategically favorable.”

Stream Realty leases the commercial park of 100,000 square feet, 191,000 square feet and 75,000 square feet of buildings. Stream’s Luke Davis, Forest Cook and Charles Brewer are handling the project.

The Euless development is Urban Logistics’ second largest industrial project in North Texas. The company also built a 1,000,000-square-foot industrial park off Interstate 30 in Mesquite.
