DC Capital invests in architecture firm with Fort Worth office

PBK Architects Inc., a Houston-based full-service architectural planning and design firm specializing in education with an office in Fort Worth, announced on July 23 that DC Capital Partners Management LP, a private equity Investment firm with industry leading expertise in government, technology and engineering related companies have made a significant investment in PBK.

PBK is known nationwide for its leadership in educational design, which includes next generation learning principles and innovative sustainability features. In 2019, PBK was named a Leading Educational Design Company by Engineering News-Record (“ENR”) and is considered the leading publication in the engineering and design industries.

With 15 offices in Texas and California and around 500 employees, PBK’s workforce consists of an integrated team of highly qualified architects, engineers, designers and technical staff. PBK will continue to be headquartered in Houston and Dan Boggio will remain the Executive Chairman. PBK’s current management and leadership team will remain fully intact and retain a significant equity position, according to a press release from the company.
