The co-owners of Press Waffle Co. at Crockett Rows New Food Hall are determined to change the way Americans view waffles, one waffle from Liege at a time.

The authentic Belgian recipe is made with batter instead of batter, resulting in a denser, thicker and sweeter enjoyment.
