Fort Worth Home Design Awards Bring Fort Worth’s Finest Together

On Wednesday, Fort Worth design insiders met in the Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams showroom in Clearfork stores to receive the 2019 Fort Worth Home Design Awards. The magazine announced the winners of the best designed spaces in the Dallas – Fort Worth area in 12 categories ranging from the best restoration to the best home office or library.

Almost 130 people filled the showroom for the occasion, mingling and mingling ahead of the awards, and catching up on everything from ongoing projects to upcoming vacation plans. The group enjoyed outdated nibbles and cocktails with food from the Capital Grille.

Three veterans of the local design industry selected the winners in each category. Lisa Teakell, chair of the local ASID chapter; Hans-Peter Wachter, Chair of Fine Arts and Design at the University of North Texas; and Queen of Bling star and designer Donna Moss formed the panel.
