New business park is on the way northeast of downtown Fort Worth

Dallas’ Stream Realty Partners travels to Tarrant County to build a new business park.

The development and brokerage company has submitted plans to the state for a three-building industrial project on State Highway 121 in Haltom City.

The project on Midway Road would include nearly half a million square feet of construction space, according to the state.

Construction of the Midway Logistics Park is slated to begin northeast of downtown Fort Worth later this year.

RGA Architects Inc. designed the development.

Stream Realty Partners is a growing player in the North Texas industrial building market with projects in locations such as DFW International Airport and North Fort Worth.

Stream Realty has built more than 26 million square feet of warehouse across the country.

The planning and development of new industrial buildings in Dallas-Fort Worth has increased with the pandemic. The increased demand for e-commerce and consumer goods has fueled record industrial demand in the region.

D-FW leads the country with more than 30 million square feet of buildings.
