Ahead of his October 17 rally in Dallas, President Donald Trump plans to attend the opening of a new Louis Vuitton manufacturing facility outside of Fort Worth, according to a Fort Worth Star-Telegram report.
Trump will take part in the ribbon cutting first before going on his second Texas campaign this year. The “Keep America Great” event takes place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke will hold a counter rally to Trump’s event on the same day in the nearby suburb of Grand Prairie, Dallas.
According to Star-Telegram, around 150 Louis Vuitton factory workers are expected to join Trump when he tours the facility, as well as several Louis Vuitton executives including Bernard Arnault, Alexandre Arnault, Michael Burke, Anish Melwani and Lanessa Elrod.
